The last 12 months have been pretty trying to say the least. Divorce, my Dad's critical illness, a fairly traumatic house move, too many bottles of wine and not enough running. Although I made a start in the summer, it all fell apart by the end of September.
So here's the resolution - get back on the road, lose the gut, say goodbye to some of the chins (there seem to more than the Hong Kong phone book at present). I'll weigh myself tomorrow - I think I've hit 75kg so there's a bit to lose.
